In the 20th lesson we'll discuss how to take the complexity out of life by being less mindless and more mindful.
Mindlessness is the extent to which we are not really thinking at all. It's when our emotions, intentions, and goals can be invoked with minimal stimulus input and virtually no cognitive processing.
Mindfulness is making a conscious effort to actually think and that can only be done when we are fully present and aware of the experience we are currently partaking in.
